Easy Sticky Salmon Skewers

400g fresh salmon fillet
3 tsp Red Island Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon or lime, juiced
1½ tsp crushed ginger
1½ tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce

1. Place the wooden skewers in a bowl of water for a few minutes.
2. Add some fresh lemon or lime juice and then add Red Island Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pure
maple syrup, Soy Sauce and crushed ginger.
3. Slide the salmon pieces onto skewers. Place in a lightly oiled roasting tray.
4. Then grill in the oven for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
5. Flip during cooking, coating with more marinade.
