Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

500g chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Red Island Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 400°C and line a baking tray with aluminum foil, then place a well-oiled wire rack on top.
2. Use a paper towel to dry the wings, then place them in a large bowl and add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper and baking powder. Mix well to combine, then drizzle with Red Island Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with salt and mix again until the wings are well coated.
3. Arrange the wings skin-side-up on the wire rack, and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden, turning halfway.
4. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let rest for five minutes before serving. Enjoy!
